Rental conditions

You must be at least 21 years old, hold and present a valid driver's license that is at least one year old, and present a valid form of identification.
Specific conditions may apply depending on the type of vehicle.

FOR INDIVIDUALS:
1. A debit card
2. A voucher or receipt as proof of prepayment for the vehicle
3. The main driver's debit card with sufficient funds for the security deposit
4. Valid and complete driver's licenses for each driver, issued at least one year prior
5. Passport or identity card
FOR COMPANIES: A company registration certificate (KBIS) less than 3 months old FOR ASSOCIATIONS: The association's bylaws

No, all our vans can be driven with a standard car driving licence - licence B

Online reservation

On the homepage, enter your rental dates and times, the desired vehicle category, and then click "View available offers."
Vehicles matching your criteria will be displayed. Additional options will then be offered during the booking process.

On the "DRIVER" page, click on "CREATE AN ACCOUNT"; you will be redirected to a form where you can fill in your personal information.
Once your information has been validated, you will receive a registration confirmation email.

Online, payment must be made before the booking is confirmed on the website.
At a travel agency, you have the option of paying at the counter when you make your reservation.

Insurance and Deductibles

Third-party liability insurance is mandatory for all damages caused to others. Passengers are covered even if you are at fault in an accident.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your liability to the excess amount in the event of an accident where you are at fault or where no other party is identified.

Cancellation - Modification

You can modify your booking:

- Online (under "My bookings"): up to 24 hours in advance, for all those who have created an account, or via the "Contact" tab for those who made the booking as a guest.

- Or with your departure agency : at any time before departure.

The agency will adjust your reservation to the current rate for that day. You will then be asked to pay the difference when you pick up the vehicle. If an overpayment has been made, the agency will issue a refund with the invoice.

All cancellations must be requested in writing by the client via the "Contact" tab, and a confirmation will be sent to the client. Please see below the options available to you in the event of a cancellation:

Rescheduling your booking
Confirmed rentals are non-refundable; however, we can provide you with a voucher valid for one year instead.

Refund:
If a case of force majeure (illness, accident, etc.) forces you to cancel your reservation, a refund of the amount paid will be accepted upon presentation of valid proof. ALWEGO offers you the option of purchasing "cancellation insurance," which allows you to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure. If you purchase this insurance, we will refund the amount of your reservation minus the cost of the "cancellation insurance."
